The tube was tested up to 45kv and 20ma with no arcing. The tube comes with no guarantee other than it works and produces x-rays. The tag says it is a kff CU-2K 90 but base has been changed to cu2k-180 see photos if you are replacing Siemens Bruker tube can exchange from your old. This is a good working x-ray tube for diffraction.

It is a copper fine focus tube. The flange to contact measurement is105mm. The tube should be conditioned on power up and provide years of use. Please see photos.
