All that is being offered here the electronics module pictured, which presumably part of a larger electrophoresis set up. I will point outhit the output in lamps display, which shows zero all pictures, is actually flashing, not constant.

If this item requires a standard modular computer AC cord, Ion longer ship those automatically as I figure most people have box full of them by now. I say system because that is what printed on the unit. Without being connected to an electrophoresis cell I would not expect that be showing any current out.
