The front spigot has broken off and also been sealed with silicone, however silicone no longer makes a seal. Cosmetic condition this item is in good overall. We did not fill the tank with water or test for leaks.

However, there are no significant scuff marks or scratches on the item.
There also seems to be a crack at the seams bottom of tank that previous owners tried seal with silicone. There is a connection on the top of tank that looks to have broken off.
